KA TPS Adjustment?

I had to rebuild my throttle body because one of the seals was leaking. Anyway, I get it all back on, and I'm not too sure of how to adjust my TPS.

The tutorial says:

Quote:
1. Install Throttle Sensor body in the Throttle Chamber. Do not tighten bolts. Leave bolts loose.
2. Connect Throttle Sensor harness connector.
3. Start engine and warm up sufficiently.
4. Measure output voltage of Throttle Sensor using voltmeter.
5. Adjust by rotating Throttle Sensor body so that the output voltage is 0.45 - 0.55 volts.
6. Tighten mounting bolts.
7. Disconnect Throttle Sensor harness for a few seconds and then reconnect it.
Here are my questions.

1. Does the engine need to be started and warmed up? I've read on NICO and on Zilvia, that you don't need to turn it on, you just need the key in the on position.

2. Does anyone have a picture of the exact two wires to test, for voltage? The guide doesn't describe it very well.

3. When I went to adjust, there was a green/white wire, and a red wire I believe. My voltage read as 4.55. It doesn't read as 0.45 as the guide stated. It doesn't matter what I set my volt meter to, it doesn't read 0.45. It's only 4.55 or 45.5, etc.

4. I set it at 4.55, and it has a high idle, like 1500 when it starts, and 1200 when it warms up. It used to be 900ish when cold, and 700 when warmed up.

Thanks.
