I pulled this off a block i had that had oil starvation. The gasket does not have a rip or tare. its actually in very good condition. the indention's are visible and was only on the motor for less than 300 miles. yup, the motor was rebuilt and the oil pump was not replaced.... I think its a Cometic but not 100% sure. it does not have markings.
