The oil pan is for putting a LS motor in a 240sx and helps fight oil starvation issues common in LS motors, and even allows the you to keep your stock crossmember unmodified. I bought this a while back but I ended up going a diffrent direction. $400 shipped takes it. It has a some dings thus the cheap price. I'm not sure what caused this because it was already there when I bought it. Sikky no longer sells these seperate so buy it! Dipstick is included. Uses oem 04-06 GTO gasket.
