so pissed i got pulled over!!!!!!!!!!!!

maaaaaan ive been driving my car with no tags for 5 months and never got caught
i had this moving permit sticker so i guess cops didnt care to pull me over 3 days away from the day i planned to get the smog and tags done
i was pulled over doing 39 in a residential erea
so i guess i wanna know how much something like that would be
also they didnt take my car for late tags and no insurance on the car i dnt know why
they told me to take care of all that and to not drive my car and that they wouldnt take it
but my question is sence he never told me was
am i bieng ticketed for speeding
aaaand no insurance and no tags
if sooo im screwed
if just speeding no biggie
thing is he didnt give me a ticket he said it would get to my house in a couple days
so i dnt know if ima get a ticket for all three things i doubt it or else he would taken my car right?
any comments including im an idiot for driving my car are welcomed haha
and info on ho much things lke this would cost would help me out thnx=]
