Any tips on how to clean up engine bays?

I already have a relocated battery (it's in the trunk) but I have a rusty nasty looking battery tray with a cool blitz intercooler pipe going through it. There's a bunch of wires everywhere (safely). I just cleaned up some grounding locations and the car runs great.

Just the bay looks like shit. I'm tired of mine looking like a wiring nightmare.

Looking for maybe some aftermarket positive terminals, cool ground locations?

Battery tray removal tips?

I know there's a lot of guys on here with cool clean looking engine bays, let me know what you did to clean them up and what kind of parts you used.
