ok mods don't get alarmed this isnt what your think, I am looking to9 legitimately take my car to a shop to pay to have it smogged legally, I am on the west side and I am not sure if it will pass, I don't have the $200 to pay my guarenteed to pass guy, so i want to see if my 1994 stock civic will pass.

I am looking for a cheap place like$40 or a pass or don't pay place, in or around west la, mid city area. __________________
