I Live in Los Angeles

One of my Exhaust manifold Studs is Broken and i need to replace 2 others that seem stripped ( i have an annoying Leak, that is pretty loud)

Anybody know a mechanic who is experienced enough to do this? and how much would this run me?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

P.S. I know that i can buy a Broken Stud Remover and drill it out, but i am not experienced enough nor do i have the tools for this..
