still running rich...

So I'm still running rich and I still don't know why?
My idle is still around 850-900 RPM

Here are some guesses:

1, My voltage for my TPS is at 1.45 kohms at closed throttle is that normal for a S!4 built in 7/94. I heard it was 2 kohms then I heard it was 1 kohms. So I'm somewhat confused about that.

2, So friday I was underneath the car and a turns out that my car does have 2 O2 sensors, well I think it is a O2 sensor. it's before the dummy cat and is on that long pipe. Is that a O2 sensor ??? I should probably swap that out right?

3, Coolant sensor, so when I first had the car when the car was all warmed up the temp gauge would be in the middle. Now a days even if I drive hard the needle stays on the lower end of the gauge. I'm wondering if this is the coolent sender being screwed or if it's my thermostat or something? Can a thermosat be stuck open??? I know they can be stuck closed...

4, Could it also be my timing...??

Also, MAFS reads good and no ECU codes are popping...
