MD Need someone to come fix my car!

Make the story short, car just got tuned. The next day, it barely run! Here is the problem, when I step on the gas, I can hear the turbo spooling, air intake sucking in air but the car don't go! I did double check on all the piping, looks fine. Did talk to the tuner, telling me might be the boost leak or vacuum which I think it is. Before I tow back to the tuner, I need a local hobbyist that familiar with my new built Sr20det, give it a shot. We can work out a small amount of price, I'm located at Silver Spring, MD.
