New to SR20DET s14 and looking for more than 14psi

Hi,

Am a new owner for SR20DET VTC s14 engine, all my life used to deal with BMW engines, and got few questions to as about, since I searched a lot with no straight answers to my questions, and hope that you can help me here guys, here below the engine setup

Engine: SR20DET VTC s14
Chassis: Datsun 180b
ECU: VEMS standalone
Turbo: Holset HX35
Boost: 14 PSI
Injectors: 750cc
Fuel pump: walbro 255

The car till now pulls great on higher RPMs, you can feel the lag from this big turbo, but the car was build for this purpose, when the RPM hit 4000 you can feel the freaky power of this engine on 14psi.

But am looking for more boost and power, so I wonder how much the engine internals can hold to! that is the max power rating for the pistons and rods? am considering metal HG to lower the compression ratio a little, while I was searching around I found out the the stock HG is 1.1mm, as I found Cosworth 1.8mm metal head gasket, anyone know what is the resulted CR with this gasket, and how much boost it can take before internal(pistons+rods) fall apart??

Thanks in advance
