CA testing the waters: 1994 mustang gt real head turner

To start off im just testing the waters and mainly looking to trade if I dont get what im looming for im just gunna keep it so if you have nothing good to say just gtfo plz yea

I have a 94 mustang gt vert and looking to get a s14 out of it
Specs;
Clean title
1993 cobra motor(rebuild less than 5miles)
Cobra rims painted black (nice) new tires
Cobra wing
Headlights with 6k and fogs 3k hids(new fogs)
drop on I forgot what sturts
Temp, oil presser, and air and fuel ratio gauges
jet black paint job
Leather interior 7/10
1in back spacer
Front and back black light covers
Top works perfect 9.5/10 condition
Pioneer headunit with ipod and 2 12s with a 4,000 watts amp
Straight pips with a h pipe
thats all I could think of and the moment

Bads:
Drive window bracket is bend but I a new on just not installed
Auto

Now all being said and done its a testing waters so my asking price is 5k obo or trading it for a s14
