again, used. you can get an FA5 Si for $10k if you look hard enough. I'd make sure it was in good working order, toss a suspension and wheels on it, and start saving my pennies for a real sports car. I understand your perspective completely, despite never being in the scenario. I feel like buying a used WRX is like buying a damn DSM. You really have no idea what you're getting yourself into until it's too late.

I feel as though they are FAR less durable than people might suggest. Every WRX with some power is on its 2nd, 3rd, etc, engine build. That's not all that appealing to me. It's one of those cars I'd be terrified to modify. haha.
