I'm having this problem...
Only when i press the clutch pedal down, whine/grind noise.
Its hard to put it in any gear when it's doing this, can anyone tell me for sure if its the input shaft bearing or what?

My car has:
KA24DE, S13 DOHC Transmission 151,000 miles
Brand new SPEC Stage 3 Clutch
Brand New OEM Nissan Throwout Bearing
Left the same pilot bearing, (It was in good shape)
Recently replaced save cylinder
