S13 Hard Backfire Throttle response and more

I have a 1992 s13 and I have a few problems which I can't determine what is causing it.

The first and most serious would be the hard acceleration with bogging and rough idle and a lot of back fire. I was driving one day and all of a sudden the motor seemed to sound like a Subaru haha sorry only way to put it, but throttle response seemed very crappy and it's like it lost it's balls. I pulled the injectors while the car was running and noticed there was no change when I pulled the one so wondering if it can be an injector issue, but I've never had a fuel injector problem so I can't say I've experienced it.


I've replace wire, cap, rotor and plugs and did not make a difference. I've also tried to remove the "bad" injector but the bolt head is starting to strip and I'd hate to have to drill and tap that, but if there is not another way to determine if the injector is faulty I'll have to do so..

I'm looking for other solutions as what to do next, Someone told me PVC valve?

Any help would be awesome as I need to get my car back up and running soon..
