so i caught a car theif yesterday - Zilvia.net Forums | Nissan 240SX (Silvia) and Z (Fairlady) Car Forum

I believe this story is completely and totally false because if true the following could of happened to you:

I. It would of made the local news.

II. Driver would of been cited and arrested possibly for the following charges:
1. Wreckless driving.
2. Exhibition of Speed
3. Criminal Speeding
4. Aggravated Assault (Felony, vehicular, him doing the pit maneuver.)
5. Second charge of aggravated Assault (Beating him into a hospital with three others second charge of felony.)

III Passengers would of been cited for:
1. Aggravated Assault. (Again class 3 felony.)

I'm not a lawyer but I played one on my 6th grade school play so I know what I am talking about.
