I have a set of used RB25DET Tomei 256 Cams I bought about this time last year. They only have about 2000 miles on them. These cams are 575 on Raw Brokerage Website. They are the series 1 cams for the rb25det. As long as you dont have an r34 RB25det they will fit. I know cause I fought this problem when i was ordering them initially. As long as you have the silver colored CAS sensor they will fit correctly. I now have larger Tomei 270 cams. These cams are pretty much brand new. I'm asking $400 plus shipping.
