no fuel, good pump/relay/fuse.. ?????

what's up fellas. I have a 1989 240sx ka-t. a few days ago my car decided to act up. I was letting it idle for 10 mins when all of a sudden it died. checked my fuel gauge and it was on Empty..

so I go to the gas station and bring home a 2 gallon tank. pour it in, tried starting with no luck. first instinct I check for spark, all good.. then I decide to take out the fuel filter from the "OUT" side. I tell my brother to crank and as I suspected no fuel was shooting out, put my ear into the hose, not even a hiss.

checked my relay, all good. took out my walbro 255 plugged positive/negative to a spare battery for a quick second and it did sound like it was working.

what other things should I check for and what advice do you guys give to do?

TL;DR: fuel pump moves when connected straight positive/neg. relay is good, fuse is good, no fuel coming out from fuel filter.. any ideas?
