nissan 96 knock sensor - Product Details

Does anyone trust this. I'm low on money right now but I have to buy other stuff will this do the job at least for a good year? I need to figure out whats causing me to loose the gas that I'm loosing. I'm planning on changing plugs and oil the same time as the knock sensor.

So does anyone think it's a good idea to buy this???
