KA-T turbo size suggestion question

I currently have a t3/t4 50 trim .63 turbo, and it pulls hard up top but I really dont like the overall response of it, so im looking for a smaller turbo.

I came across a Turbonetics T3 turbo that can be built to the following specs:

T3 compressor with Super 60 Trim Wheel
3inch Inlet
Ceramic Ball Bearing with Water Cooling
F1-62mm Turbine Wheel
V Band inlet and outlet
and .65AR turbine housing

The ball bearing option would give it a tad more response, but the overall smaller size would make the biggest difference. My goal is 15PSI and to push around 300-ish HP.

Thanks for any suggestions guys! Much appreciated!
