Refinishing Work Rims: Aluminum Oxidation

Lets start off with what we are working with:
Work VS SD-2s
Shipped and got in horrible condition.

I want to do a Brush Aluminum Finish so after doing some research i started taking the clear coat off. and wet sanded just to see what i could get them to look like.

Not what i was after.
Took them apart and went at them with some 100g sand paper Followed by a scotch brite pad.

Getting there>

On the left: Sanded/scotch Brite Right: Clear removed and not sanded

NOW heres my question.
I have oxidation from what i think was the clear coat.
How do i get this off? im thinking of just soda blasting them all then hit with scotch brite.
Any ideas?
