also and i am not sure if its associated or not but when the front drivers side tire go over cracks in the road at any speed and even before the bearing started going out, it would jerk the steering wheel badly. PLEASE HELP!!!

I don't think the wheel bearing might be the problem. It probably suspension or alignment problem. Check those out.
