Ok guys this may be a noob question i'm not sure but i have a 1990 s13 240sx with a s15 sr20det and I ordered a cxracing intercooler piping kit for the swap and all the piping and intercooler fits fine but they put the bov flange on the hot pipe, which is fine but they also put a big tube on the cold side for a recirculation type bov???

If the bov flange is on the hot pipe then the tube on the cold pipe can't be for a bov right??? I thought they just wanted me to run a hose from the cold pipe to the intake and put a bov on the hot pipe by itself but I always thought that your suspose to route the hose from the bov to the intake?
