CA TW/FS 1995 240sx Zenki Clean Title

Sup fellas... Well I'm gonna get straight to it.

1995 Nissan 240sx (Base Model)
Miles: 190,459 (Mostly highway mileage)
Title: Clean
Transmission: Automatic
Exterior: 7.5/10 (IMO)
Interior: 8.5/10 (IMO)
Location: Long Beach, CA
***Car is running great***

Car is completely stock except for CXracing Coilovers. Replaced the alternator about 3 months ago, new spark plugs, only use Mobil1 synthetic motor oil.

Cons:
Chain guide just started rattling about 2 weeks ago.
CEL is on due to EGR Valve (code p0400)
Power steering has a little leak
Driver side (rear) quarter panel has a dent

I really don't want to sale the car because she was my first car, I've had her for 3 years and she has been great!
Unfortunately, I am a full time college student and work part time so I don't have the time or the finances to fix the things listed above (cons).

I have been told that to fix the EGR all you have to do is take it out and clean it with break cleaner. However, it is time consuming.

I still have the stock grill but I took it off because I think it looks better without it.

My asking price is $3,500 OBO.
Make me a (reasonable) offer, the worst thing I can say is 'No'.

Also, I have a complete 5 speed swap for this car EXCEPT for the ECU for sale. For those interested in buying it and looking to make it manual.

I am not in a hurry to sale the car so PLEASE don't try to lowball me.
