GT Spec Fender Brace quick review- because sharing is caring

So I originally bought the GT Spec fender brace about a year ago but really have not had the time to install it until about 2 weeks ago (combination of laziness, 60 hour work weeks, grad school and living in a complex that frowns upon working on your car in the car port).

Fortunately a friend referred me to a DIY auto shop where you can rent a space, lifts and air impacts. (Lifted Workshop I think it was called?) Which gave me a place to get these on finally.

My initial impression just from holding them was "Goddamn!" Beefy, triangulated with nice welds and an awesome paint job (kind of a shame that its hidden by the fender). The results from driving them the last couple of weeks were equally amazing. I noticed my ride was smoother, like the chassis was less disturbed by bumps and imperfections in the road. The cornering felt a lot smoother and felt flatter as I tried to push it on some on ramps. Track day soon I hope!

All in all this felt like a fantastic addition to my s14. These fender braces were one of my favorite additions seconded only by the power brace and Jonnie Fraz's Strut tower bar with BMC stopper. The only pain in the ass was taking off the fenders.. if you can get past that then get a set! you wont regret it..
