Help... KA24DE Overheating

Alright I dont understand whats going on here... My 92 s13 is being very selective with me... It overheats from time to time and when I was away at school my dad would drive it with no problems. I replaced the radiator with an aluminum one. Put a bigger 12" electric fan on it opposed to the stock one. Kept the clutch fan with stock shroud. Changed the water pump and the thermostat.

It will usually drive for about 15 miles at perfect operating temperature and then all of a sudden spike up to pinned at the "H". Now it seems like after I changed all of this it is overheating faster but then sometimes it doesnt even overheat at all. When it does overheat though I can hear the coolant boiling in the upper radiator hose. Please help... Im stumped. Thanks.
