Heres what I meant...
   It's screwed in as far as it will go. Might look fine right now, but in a crash with forward force on the bolt, that wont be safe... I think the washers might have fallen out of the box in delivery or something... Have any pics of how it looks stock, installed without the interior panel on? NICE rear valences BTW!
