NOT 100% bolt on to s14(seems like the 2 bottom holes line up), not sure about s13

Best thing to do is go to upholstery shop, get the fabric removed and put onto your stock seats, they will trim about 2 inches from the bottom seat.

depending on the shop, they should charge anywhere from $40- $100 ....don't pay more than $100 (unless u want to)
