well.. of course.. first of all make sure your ignition AND distributor timing are both stock..
then try to adjust the idle when the car's warmed up.. i'm assuming you already did the above and the idle is still fluctuating. You should take out your IACV-Air Regulator and clean it out with Carb cleaner.. I'm pretty sure it's your IACV (the air regulator one) if you want to check to make sure.. pinch the hose that leads to it.. the engine idle speed should drop as you pinch it. if it doesn't, it's probably clogged or faulty. I'm having the same problem on my KA24E. Good luck. |
