s13 Negative Camber issues noob (see pics)

Sup everyone!

I took my car to the alignment shop to get it aligned and to increase the negative camber up front (the camber is neutral right now). They told me since my car is so low I cant increase my negative camber. My tie rods are maxed out and if I get negative camber i can pull my tie rod out?? They said I need spacers to lengthen my steering components and straighten out my tie rods before I can get more camber.

I took it to any other shop and they said that I needed to do the same thing.

My question is that I already got the Tein extended tie rods...what else do I need?? Tie rod ends, knuckle?? I need the camber up front to prevent too much rub up front and more grip in turns

Current setup on car:
93 240sx with stock KA
Stance coilovers with front camber plates
Tein Tie rods
XXR 002s 16x8 with Falkens 195 50 16
Tomei 2 way

Thanks! Pictures are attached!!
