Obd1 s14 ka into 91 dohc og 5 speed car.

Dropped the motor in and started it second try no problem, had all power. Third time I lost all interior power, but the motor still cranked over and started/starts just fine but I have no interior power. I blew 2, 75a's but replaced them and my current fuse isn't blown. I did have a problem with my alt grounds in the past but they're all figured out. What could it be? When I try my key into the on position, a read light on my ecu lights up and stays on and sometimes flashes. Help!
