Unhappy Rebuilt top end of my sr20det, now won't start!

Ok, I just got this 89 240sx with an sr20det installed. The guy that owned it before me broke off 5 out of 8 of the exhaust mani studs and didn't tell me about it. He covered it up with gasket sealer! The gasket searler didn't last the 10 hour ride home from buying it. After 4 days the leak was so bad the turbo would barely spool! I pulled the head and have it machined, pressure checked, and hot tanked. I put eveything back in with a new metal headgasket, apr head bolts, etc... I started it up and the timing was way off. The car wouldn't run unless I had my foot on the gas. It stalled out and wouldn't start again. I came home and read up on how to properly time the sr20, then went back to the garage. When I went to pull my cam angle sensor out, I noticed that the harness wasn't actually cliped on, so I figured that thats the reason that it stalled. I set the timing according to how the fsm says to. While the cam angle sensor was out of the car, I bumped it and it fell on the cement floor of my garage . Now the car still won't start! I went over evey bolt and harness like 10 times now and can't figure it out! Did I maybe break the CAS when I knocked it on the ground, or is my problem more serious than that? Any ideas?
Thanks for your help,
Jesse
