Last week someone backed into my clean titled s14. Fortunately the fender took the most beating. Besides that everything looks alright, the frame might be pushed in. I think I can do most of the repairs myself. Now heres my question, I told the guy who backed into my car if he was willing handle this without getting the insurance companies involved. The reason is so that this accident doesn't potentially come up on carfax. With that said, what gets reported to carfax?? I tried asking my insurance company and they didn't have an answer to the question. Heres the picture of the damage. I would say this repair would cost under a grand.
