5 Speed Swap: Clutch Kit

So I'm getting closer to swapping my car to 5 speed. Next on the list of goodies is a clutch kit. I've narrowed down to 2 options. One is the Exedy OEM replacement kit, with a lightweight flywheel. The other is a Exedy/PSI stage 1 clutch kit with a lightweight flywheel. I'm just alittle skeptical about the PSI clutch disk, only because I've never heard the name. If anyone has any experience with PSI or just want to help point me in the best direction, feel free to chime in. Thanks.
