i have been researching how to import over comlpte cars from japan and!!!! you cant unless you have 2-400000 dollars to do all the crash tests
right now the only car allowed into the states is the skyline but only through motorex and they charge 18-25000 just to do the conversions...
I have been talking with the dot iportation office in dc about the regulatons
and he said i quote"you can not import any car from japan just to have it even if you didnt drive it.It will never leave the port it came in on" and if you do get one in peaces you still cant let anyone know you have it theyll take it and destroy it or ship it back" so these people selling complete cars on ebay are blowing smoke up our asses
