actually.. i have heard of ppl starting motors without any chasis to be held on... i have heard of simliar thing happening at sequoia.. but they had an motor on a stand, with an exhaust system setup with a gas tank setup as well.. But as of the outcome.. the motor was running rich.. and imploded the exhaust causing an injury to one of their students!

lol but yea.. its possible..
