Let me guess... NORWAY!

4 Million people with a single ethnic, religious, cultural and language background, living in an isolated country with an oil supply that matches Suadi Arabia or Texas.
Actually, all the Nordic countries kick are an ass in every category. Their diversity's not on par with the U.S. Singapore is up there in all categories and they are a diverse country. The Nordic countries have oil, and they lead the world in green technology. Electric cars, hydrogen cars, and mass transit. What gives these countries an edge over the U.S.? How do we compete and spread prosperity in this country? Does it start with our elected officials, or does it start from the bottom and works it's way up?
