Why are you deflecting?
If the intention was to just pick a name, John, Jim, Bob, Pete, Mike, Bill, Dave, Tom, Chris, Chuck, etc. would have all been not only simple, but more likely to be accurate. Hell, throw a Steve, a Matt, a Rich, a Dan, a Tony, Don, Mark, Paul, Drew, Ken... The Social Security Administration's top 100 names over the past 100 years, out of 175,744,628 males, doesn't even include Tyrone. What's your actual argument for non-racist application of the name in this context? |
