![]() well this isnt for my car but for my gf integra. really no need to post this on a honda forum since a oil pan is a oil pan is a oil pan.
well she took her car to a oil change shop since i wasnt able to do it due to school. well her car recently needed an oil change and i did it for her. well it turns out i believe the guy used a air gun to tighten the bolt. why to i believe this? because it hard 3x harder to take out than usual. well when i took out the nut, it turns out the nut ITSELF isnt stripped but the OIL pan where you screw the nut into is stripped. it is stripped well becuz when i put the nut back in it keeps spinning. ![]() so im asking is there any way to fix this besides putting a whole new oil pan in? 95blue told me i can get an oversize nut and restrip it myself? anybody know more insight on this? need help asap |
