Take your oil filter off and saw it in half and look for metal shavings also drain the oil and put a magnet in the oil to also search for metal shavings.If that comes out negative take the plug out and see if the elactrode is gone. Now if everything comes out fine drop your oil pan and check the crank cuz you might of spun a bearing on it.
