i put a new water pump in my car, 91 motor in a 90 chassi. started her up to circulate the coolant through the system... and it starts at 1500 rpm, then 5 seconds later drops to 900 rpm, 5 seconds later drops to 500rpm, then stalls. this happens every time i start it. everything seems to be plugged up (sensors, vacuum lines) any advice?
