Rear subframe Q's

My sub frame bushings were pretty garbage and I installed the aluminum spacers (not the collars) over a year ago. The subframe is now starting to clunk again, and upon inspection it seems the stock bushings are just plain toast now.
Would replacing the single spacer with a set of poly collars be enough to tighten the subframe back up even though the stock bushings have been compressed and mangled to crap, or should I just replace all the OEM subrame bushings?
And if I do the latter, the ES poly bushings for the z32 rear subframe are a direct fit in the 240 subframe, correct?
Thanks for the help.
