KA ka24de piston and turbo queststions

Ive been planning on rebuilding my ka24de in my 91 240sx and getting a turbo kit for it. Then i found a short block on importperformanceparts.net that is machined & assembled w/over-sized pistons, rings, matching crank kit, connecting rods and camshafts for only $819 from "topline". Ive heard that the stock ka24de motor comes with forged pistons. this is an OEM short block but it seems like it would be impossible for it to be that cheap if it comes with forged pistons. so my first question is if anybody knows if it does or doesnt come with forged pistons. the bore on this block is 96mm compared to 89mm on the stock block. ive also heard that if your planning on turbocharging you shouldnt get oversized pistons. so my second question is if i should go with these oversized pistons or not. any information at all about these subjects would be greatly appriciated.
