Whats the size of garrett t3/t04e turbo oil inlet ?

looking for a restrictor, like this one, but i guess 1/4" cuz we have one that is shown in this link but it will fit t3/t4 but won't fit t3/t04e.

but today my friend got his t3/t04e from phoenix turbo and wanted to use the 1/8" npt restrictor that he got from atp but its too small he says it looks like 1/4" npt might fit.
need help on these issues:
1. so i'm asking does garret t3/t04e have a bigger oil inlet size than their t3/t4?
2. i checked out the atp and it says theirs 1/8" will fit on t3/t4 but is that different than t3/t04e? could be, we thought they meant all hybrids....cuz it did fit on his previous turbo (xs power t3/t4). but won't on his t3/04e.
3. where can i find 1/4" npt restrictor ? or a restrictor that fits t3/t04e?
4. assuming the inlet size are different and seeing that on my friends t3/t04e, can the same restrictor size for t3/t4 be used for t3/t04e ?
