Clutch noise/squeal

Ok, I did a ton of searching (here and sr20forum). I just wan't some confirmation from people. I have been getting a light grinding noise when ever I push the pedal down. Accidentally slipped the clutch a little hard last night and now it is a LOUD squeal/scrape sound from the bell housing. Whenever I engage and disengage the clutch I smell burning clutch, so it is obviously not disengaging totally. There is now about 1" of slop at the very top of the pedal range, it wasn't there before last night. No leaks at either slave or master cylinders. My question is could it be anything other then the TO bearing? the car is a redtop s13, exedy stage 2, and I removed the "box" from the clutch line. Any input? THANKS!!
