rear caliper question (s14)

i have a base model zenki....no abs. about 4 months ago i went to change the pads in the rear and the drivers side piston would not go down all the way to allow the pad to fall into place like the other side and i was in a hurry so i forced the pads on there (yea, stupid, i know)....but the same said caliper/rotor/assembly is heating up real bad....and the pad on the outside can be moved around inside the caliper when the ebrake is not up..almost like it doesnt fit or something? the pad also clanks around when driving, until i engage the brakes......

what could this be? do the brakes need to be bled or something>? is my caliper fucked up>?? ahh i dont know what it is and its killing me.....pls give me some insight!
