steering fluid leaking.

I found steering fluid leaking from the lines that come out of steering fluid reservoir and go into the steering rack. Followings are pictures of it. Multiple spots along the lines are leaking. Instead of ATF, the previous owner had typical steering fluid in the car.

How do I swap the lines? I never have fixed leaks like this. Will the parts cost a lot?
