Machine Shop Recommendations

Ok im finally getting my mother f@king money and wanted to ask you guys if anyone has any recommendations on any machine shops that would do good work on my block and head. I want to get the block hot-tanked, decked and i want to see how much it would cost for the head to get milled, 3 angle valve job, might get new valve guides, valves installed, etc. and any other necessary things that need to be or should be done to a motor that is going to be rebuilt. Im looking for something in New York or close by like NJ. Thanx in advance.

PS: Since it will be the first time that i deal with a machine shop, can anyone tell me what is a fair price to pay for each process listed above. Im just scared that im gonna get rapped if i show up to the machine shop with no idea about what i should pay for the work. If i just show up like a virgin, i expect to get screwed since i have no idea what it costs to have anything done.
