Alright, I got the funky noise coming from under my car...........Its a loud clang clang clang rattel noise. and it clangs in the beat of the speed I am going, So slow clang when I drive slow and Fast clang when fast... Tho it shuts up once I get moving about 35-40.. I also hear it very loud when I hit speed bumps... Any ideas? sounds like a loose bracket or somthing under my car but I dont see anything.

check the heat shield on the exhaust under the drivers seat.  It's pretty common for that to get loose.

Heat shields make a "tink tink" noise and it would be noticable when you peek underneath the car.

This sounds more like your ball joint problem.

Can you tell us where under the car it sounds like it is coming from?  Center, right rear, front center, etc.

My list includes wheel bearing and exhaust hangers - but it would be impossible to tell from this.

be careful in what you guess i would knock out the more likely cause first than move to something like a ball joint. a ball joint wouldnt make a "clang clang" noise it would be more of a deep thump.
i had an xterra yesterday where the customer was describing the noise as if it wree a hub or diff graoning noise. so i just test drove with him and heard it right away it was the heatsheild.

try brake torqueing your car if you hear it then its most def your heat sheild

for chekcing your ball joints jack up your car try to move your tires side to side and up and down make sure that its not your tie rod when you move it side to side also

but check your heat shields like chimpy suggested <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/thumbs-up.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

Sorry it took so long to get back to this... <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

It sounds like it is coming from the back of the car, And it stops the clang sound when i touch my breaks. :/
