I re-did all the gussets in my car because I wanted to use thicker sheet metal. A-Pillar:   B-Pillar:    And the good stuff: My desk (1.75x.095 DOM and 1.5" x .095 DOM)  My bookshelf (frame is all TIG'ed 1.75x.095 DOM)  |
