FWIW, I had a Megan flex downpipe for about ten minutes. I thought the welds were excellent.

It fit the car fine - close to the undertray and driver's frame rail but not touching. It didn't fit my driveway though - I have a "hump" at the top of the drive, and the flex section was enough fatter than the pipe and hung down enough to catch it. Went back to the old DP. I'll be getting a damper and keeping my fingers crossed.
